You agree not to sell, loan, give, or otherwise convey the printed music to any other person, ensemble, organization, or entity. You are purchasing a license to use the composition rather than purchasing the actual paper on which it is printed. This license does not include a performance license, which must be obtained through BMI. (Your organization or university probably already has blanket licenses from both BMI and ASCAP to cover your performances, so this is not an additional expense in regard to purchasing this composition.)
