You will be shipped a tradtional "hard copy" score and emailed a PDF file of the parts. You will be licensed to print parts as needed for your ensemble, but for your ensemble only. You will be licensed to print replacement parts as needed. This license extends ONLY to the the purchasing ensemble. You agree not to sell, loan, give, or otherwise convey the PDF files or the printed music to any other person, organization, or entity. (You are purchasing a license to use the composition rather than purchasing the actual paper on which it is printed or the PDF files in which it is delivered.) This license does NOT include a performance license, which must be obtained through BMI. (Your organization or university should already have blanket licenses from both BMI and ASCAP to cover your performances, so this is not an additional expense in regard to purchasing this composition.)
