Technical Considerations
All exposed choral parts are cued in the instrumental parts so that the piece may be performed without singers if necessary. The cues also provide options for the conductor in case the singers need reinforcement in any particular spot.
There is an important harp part, which can be played by a real harp when available, or played on a MIDI keyboard that has a realistic harp sound. If a good keyboard player is not readily available, the part has been written so that it may be covered by two players, one using both hands to play the right hand part, the other using both hands to play the left hand. The part is an ostinato with few changes in notes, to it will not be difficult for non-keyboard players to learn the part.
